I. Definitions
Document – these Terms and Conditions;

Content – all information on the Site that can be visited, viewed or otherwise accessed using an electronic device;

The site is owned and managed by SC STEFAN NITA SRL, a legal entity of Romanian nationality, with its headquarters in Bucharest.

The document applies to all Visitors and may contain links to other websites, which are not the property of this Site. SC STEFAN NITA SRL does not assume responsibility for the content and/or terms of use of any other website.
Access to the Site is free. The purpose of the Site is to inform, to help Visitors find the necessary information as easily, structured and quickly as possible.
The site is for presenting own products or those of collaborators.

V. Jurisdiction
This Document is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes arising between STEFAN NITA will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the Romanian courts.
